Prepare project for GitHub publication
- Add comprehensive README.md with examples and quick start
- Add SECURITY.md with API key safety guidelines
- Add MIT LICENSE
- Add .gitattributes for line ending normalization
- Create .env.example templates (root + ConfluentTranslator)
