Initial setup: Rust CLI tool for blockchain node
- clap 4 CLI with wallet, tx, mine, block, chain commands
- reqwest HTTP client (REST API only, no lib dependency)
- Colored output with owo-colors + comfy-table
- Mining progress bar with indicatif
