StillHammer 3c97be86c5 Add GUIDE_BAITS.md - Modular worldbuilding collaboration framework 
Création d'un guide structuré en modules pour la technique des "baits" - méthode de worldbuilding collaboratif pour JDR narratif.

Structure:
- CORE: Concept de base (définition, principe, différence avec demande directe)
- 7 MODULES techniques combinables:
  1. Double Nature (culturel/pragmatique)
  2. Ancrage Existant (crédibilité)
  3. Limites Naturelles (auto-régulation)
  4. Formulation Ouverte (respect autorité GM)
  5. Suite Pratique→Théorique (système complet progressif)
  6. Indépendance Modulaire (combinaisons multiples)
  7. Couverture Espace Possibles (toujours gagner quelque chose)

Architecture extensible permettant ajout de nouveaux modules au fur et à mesure de l'évolution de la technique.
